Cake Bites that Rock!

I am such a big fan of Bakerella -- she is an amazing talented "sweet" artist! Her cake bites are a world-wide hit, especially after her recent appearance on Martha Stewart's show. Here's my attempt at creating her delectable creation.

I tried both her techniques--one where you create a chocolate cup for them to sit in and one where you mold them with a small cookie cutter to resemble a miniature cupcake.
